CITY OF COACHELLA
HSIS conducted an in-depth System Needs Analysis of the City of Coachella's existing software system and processes surrounding their land development activities. The analysis provides them with the ability to measure existing software system capabilities, identifies process improvement/streamlining opportunities and allows them to make informed decisions about future procurement of a new software system.

CITY OF GROVER BEACH
The City of Grover Beach recently adopted a new City fee schedule. The City was in need of services to update the fees in their existing City Suite system. HSIS successfully provided these services by implementing the new fee schedule and meeting their scheduled effective date.
CITY OF SEAL BEACH
"With virtually no in-house IT staff, Seal Beach undertook implementation of a new land management system and GIS system to replace three legacy systems and a string of excel sheets. The new system was to serve three separate departments, and required staff to rethink workflows and customer interfaces in addition to the technical side of customizing and launching EPL. We could not have done it without Holistic System Integration Solutions. Ms. Zarco kept track of the many moving parts, communicated effectively with the several software vendors on both the legacy and new sides, and was always responsive to staff. Where she really excelled was as an advocate for the City – translating what we were hearing from software vendors and advising us of options where we didn’t know we had any, ultimately getting us a better suited product for our needs.
